"To Waste At Trees" Exhibited in Bethesda gallery
Empathy to Solidarity: Activism through the Media Arts (April 2021)
"To Waste at Trees"  will be exhibited at Triangle Art Studios for the month of April. It was selected by Gandhi Brigade Youth Media to be included in the gallery exhibition, which will highlight youth artivism in the movement against anti-Black racism. The visual poem tells the story of historically Black cemeteries razed to make way for gentrification in Washington, D.C.
"Under the Bridge" wins Best Student Documentary
Documentary Screened at Global Impact Film Festival on August 8, 2020
 "Under the Bridge," made in 2019 with Daniela Armas and Leatile Monthe under Professor Jeffrey Ruoff, was named the Best Student Documentary at the Global Impact Film Festival in Washington, D.C. The film focuses on Matthew, a man fighting homelessness under a bridge in White River Junction, VT. An article published by Dartmouth College about the award can be viewed here. It was also selected for admission to the Harvard College Film Festival, scheduled for late April.
Caleb Smith commitment video televised on CBS Sports 
The two-minute spot was broadcast to an estimated audience of 3 million on July 4, 2020.
My video for Caleb Smith's announcement of his commitment to Oklahoma University was shown on CBS Sports HQ during their primetime coverage of college football. Shot and edited over a week in June 2020, it has also been viewed about 1.5 million times on social media.
